Baytown Nature Center


The Friends of the Baytown Nature Center's website will give you an idea of the recreational opportunities available at Baytown Nature Center.

However the best way to enjoy the fishing piers, birding trails, wildlife blinds, butterfly garden, bicycle paths, playground and other faciliites is to visit Baytown Nature Center.

BNC is open every day except Christmas. Hours are sunrise to sunset.

Fishing is allowed in designated areas only. Fishing licenses are needed.

Fires are permitted in the metal grills only; each pavilion has a grill.  

No pets, including dogs, are allowed.

Admission is $4 for adults and $1 for children (5-12) and seniors (65+). Annual passes are $30 for individuals and $65 for a family (including six adults).

The Friends of the Baytown Nature Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization devoted to promoting and supporting Baytown Nature Center.
